Question 1

What areas do you currently serve?

Accepted Answer

We are currently based in the Atlanta metro area and expanding. If you’re unsure whether we serve your location, reach out — we may still be able to help.

Question 2

What types of items can you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We deliver medical items, legal documents, office supplies, auto parts, clothing, groceries, and other everyday essentials. Not sure if we can help? Just ask.

Question 3

What happens if I’m not home during delivery?

Accepted Answer

You can easily track your package using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Simply enter it on our tracking page for real- time updates.

Question 4

Do I need a business account to use your services?

Accepted Answer

No. We serve both businesses and individuals. Whether it’s a one-time delivery or a recurring need, we’ve got you covered.

Question 5

Do you hire employees or use subcontractors?

Accepted Answer

Empower 3sixty Courier partners exclusively with independent 1099 subcontractors. Drivers use their own vehicles and are responsible for their own fuel, maintenance, and insurance.

Question 6

Do I need a specific type of vehicle?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the delivery contract. Most routes can be completed using your own personal vehicle — like a car, SUV, or van. Some contracts may require a larger vehicle, such as a box truck. Since Empower 3sixty Courier does not provide a company fleet, all subcontracted drivers must use their own insured vehicle that meets the specific requirements of the route.

Question 7

What are the insurance requirements to drive with Empower 3sixty Courier?

Accepted Answer

Most contracts require liability insurance coverage of at least 100/300/50. Proof of coverage is required before onboarding.

Question 8

How do I get a delivery quote?

Accepted Answer

Use our contact form to send your details — including pickup, drop-off, and item type — and we’ll provide a customized quote within 24 hours.
