Hi, I’m Carol Mangum — founder of Empower 3sixty Courier and Empower 3sixty by CM LLC. My life’s work is grounded in leadership, transformation, and meaningful connection. What began as a mission to empower individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential has grown into a purpose-driven enterprise spanning executive coaching, consulting, and now, courier services.
As a Navy brat who grew up in places like Guam, Puerto Rico, and Maryland, I learned early how to adapt quickly, navigate change, and connect with people from all walks of life. These values — adaptability, connection, service — are the very ones that shape how I lead today. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, I share life with my partner Jason, an entrepreneur in the fitness and wellness space who also believes in building purpose-driven impact.
With over 25 years of experience as a senior leader in the healthcare industry, I’ve built and led high-performing teams, shaped strategic operations, and guided organizations through transformation — all with people at the center. Through Empower 3sixty by CM LLC, I’ve coached professionals through major transitions, advised companies on leadership and culture, and led large-scale events designed to inspire growth and action.
One example: I recently served as the site coordinator and host for the Atlanta stop of Dr. Zeb Talley III’s Self Awareness Tour — leading a 15-person volunteer team, managing logistics, coordinating vendors, and emceeing the entire event experience. From vision to execution, I ensured the message came to life and empowered attendees every step of the way.
Empower 3sixty Courier was born out of the same spirit as my consulting work — to serve with excellence and empower others along the way. After decades in the corporate world, I wanted to build something that not only filled a need in the market but created real opportunities for others.
