Hi, I’m Carol Mangum — founder of Empower 3sixty Courier and Empower 3sixty by CM LLC. My life’s work is grounded in leadership, transformation, and meaningful connection. What began as a mission to empower individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential has grown into a purpose-driven enterprise spanning executive coaching, consulting, and now, courier services. As a professional courier company, we bring the same level of intention, excellence, and service-driven leadership to every delivery.
As a Navy brat who grew up in places like Guam, Puerto Rico, and Maryland, I learned early how to adapt quickly, navigate change, and connect with people from all walks of life. These values — adaptability, connection, service — are the very ones that shape how I lead today. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, I share life with my partner Jason, an entrepreneur in the fitness and wellness space who also believes in building purpose-driven impact.
With over 25 years of experience as a senior leader in the healthcare industry, I’ve built and led high-performing teams, shaped strategic operations, and guided organizations through transformation — all with people at the center.
